Fitness + Worship
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no in-person classes are scheduled. Grace and peace to you and yours.
Our Fitness + Worship classes are geared for beginner/intermediate experience levels. You can expect a scriptural focus, a short devotional, stretching and strength-training movement, worship music, and time to rest and breathe. Bring your mat and (if you have them) props and expect a unique, full-body worship experience.
